My Social Media 101 Workshops provide everything a business or individual needs to get a handle on social media; from the simple basics of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest & Google+ through to the more advanced stages of monitoring and insights.
The workshops show how social media works; why it's so successful, and the ways in which a brand/individual can harness its power. The main objectives of the day include;
